“Amazing place to stay”

I cannot recommend the Snow Denn Lodge enough. The host Katie is very friendly and very helpful with regards to getting me settled in answering all the questions I had about the area. The shared kitchen has plenty of pots/pans/utensils for cooking and plenty of fridge and cabinet space for ingredient and leftovers. There are lots of comfy couches in the upstairs common area and the TV has Netflix, which is nice. The whole lodge (rooms, toilets, showers, common areas) is kept very clean. My room (single cabin) came with its own heater, a very welcome feature, and the bed was comfy. While not 5-star spacious, it was by no means cramped; there was more than enough room for me, my clothes, my skis, my toiletries, and my chargers/devices. (Plus I was only ever in my room to sleep becuase the common areas were so nice.) Location wise, Snow Denn is right in the middle of town, a two-minute walk to the local pubs (Brown/Blue/Dubliner), supermarkets, and ski equipment stores. The WiFi works without any issues. I couldn't have asked for better accomodation to kick off my ski season.

The staff was fantastic — enthusiastic, attentive and welcoming. She made all the difference. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the cozy, home-like atmosphere of the upstairs lounge. It was very comfortable and made it easy to meet other travelers. The showers were also great. The room was comfortable and offered good value for money.

Lovely place to stay. Had a great kitchen and lounge area. Parking was good and easy access to shops nearby. A good range of kitchen stuff for preparing meals.

Staff are friendly and helpful, the fellow backpackers are friendly as well. Great location to supermarket and bars. Tidy room, comfy bed, and had everything I required there for cooking in the kitchen/dining room.

The Lodge type facilities suited us very well. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. Our room had the benefit of an en suite, which was clean and adequate.
