“A suite with a view!”

Really lovely comfortable and well equipped suite overlooking a field with lovely goats. Staff were kind and helpful. The view down to the sea was great. We didn’t swim in the pool but it looked beautiful. A lovely stay.

Really lovely property, spotlessly clean with a sparkling big pool set a little outside Methoni centre with views to the town and sea in distance but walkable if keen and always easy parking in the town. Good location to explore the entire area. Very well equipped for cooking, lovely present of owners own olive oil, a huge fridge, great electronic proper external blinds so a nice dark bedroom. The only thing I would say (and it's clearly not something controllable by the hosts) is that this is probably not the best place for very light sleepers. Even with windows entirely shut and earplugs in I was regularly woken by the regular nighttime large barking dog chorus who set each other off regularly ...but my husband is a deeper sleeper and had much less problem with this.

Great apartment with a fabulous pool. A short walk ( 5-10 mins) to central Methoni where there are plenty of restaurants. We were a family of four and found the apartment very comfortable with 2 balconys , very comfortable beds and pillows and in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of the pretty Methoni. The pool is one of the nicest pools I’ve been in

A wonderful suite in a purpose built complex with a pool and parking. Sakis, the host, met us and showed us round. Our suite was modern and clean and had a really spacious living area. We had booked a twin and a double and the beds were the most comfortable of all the places we had stayed on our trip around Greece. The place is south facing, overlooking the pool and had two balconies, one in full sun and one shaded. And all the windows and French doors had a built in bug net and roller blind so you could find shade on a sunny day. There was also the option of laundry. This was a fantastic base for our exploration of the south western Peloponnesse and although we stayed in late March, a little early in the season, the pool was full and fun to return to after our daytrips. Methoni is a quaint old town a 10 minute walk away with a beach, fortress, mini market, restaurants, bars and an amazing bakery. I highly recommend Carlos Mansion.

“Simply amazing”

An amazing place, blending quality and comfort with relaxation at a village. Located very close to the center of Methoni it was at a perfect quiet spot within an olive grove. Next to the complex, the hosts maintained their vegetables and fruit garden from which they offered us amazing fresh fruit and vegetables every other day. A short ride from very clean beaches with amazing waters. a special thanks to Ms Aggeliki, the pool bar hostess - who gave a present to our young son. And to Sakis, the owner who was available all the time to help, working to maintain the hotel.

We had a 2 bed apartment. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and was cleaned every other day with fresh bed linen and towels. The build quality of the apartments and the landscaping was excellent. Lovely olive trees, lemon trees and kept lawns. The pool was beautiful, with a jacuzzi in one corner. 15 metres long so perfect for doing some lengths or just to use to cool off. The property itself is a flat, easy 15 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and shops. Sakis the owner couldn’t have done any more to make our stay fantastic. He was always on hand to help and organised our transfer, our hire care and gave us great advice on local places and beaches to visit. The free fresh fruit and their own olive oil was a Lovely touch too.

Top Apartment in Methoni. Very large pool for just four apartments. Very good air condition, fully equipped kitchen, nice bath. Eletrical shutters and insect nets for all windows and balcony doors (gives you also a very secure feeling when going on a day trip). Parking space right next to apparment. Very friendly owners. About 10 min walk to bakery and shops, about 15 min to the beach. Many very nice taverns in Methoni.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the room very spacious and well equipped, and the pool was awesome.

Spacious room, nicely decorated, peaceful view from the veranda, ideal for relaxation. Nice pool with plenty of space for each set of sun beds (loved the one under the olive tree). Hot water supply in the pool shower was highly appreciated (by my wife). Overall experience above expectations!
