Absolutely gorgeous upstairs apartment, extremely spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable with a lovely outdoor covered patio which got amazing sun. Fabulous surroundings in an olive estate, plenty of privacy and very peaceful and quiet. Amazing pool with lovely loungers and chairs. Very nice kitchen which we used for two days to cook our own meals, with everything we needed there (recommend bringing some cooking oil or buying nearby). Excellent air con, everything felt modern and new. Plenty of power points to charge up devices etc. Felt very secure in terms of our belongings when we left to go sightseeing. Good carpark facility for our rental vehicle, close to our room. Would absolutely recommend this property, and happily stay again. It takes about 10-12 mins to drive to town from here, to explore Methoni and its castle. We found two very good local supermarkets not far from the accommodation where we purchased meats, fruit and veg, wine and beer, pastries, snacks etc etc - anything we wanted. We loved this property, even the sound of the bells on the goats as they were herded up and down the road in the morning and afternoon! This place was a highlight amongst our stays over the five weeks we travelled around Greece!

Staff were exceptional, real professionals who know what they're doing. Our villa with a private pool was just amazing, very tasteful interiors. The only downside the large group of 6 next to is who were very loud thankfully not till late but still enough to annoy. .

“Relaxing accommodation near the wonderful Methoni”

The studio was perfect for the two of us, and we used the terrace a lot in the evenings. The pool was fantastic and we spent many days simply lounging around there. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every couple of days so, in some ways, it did not feel like true self-catering, and we were helped with our luggage to the the room. As mentioned in other reviews, you definitely need a car and the nearest decent supermarket is the AB in Pylos, but Methoni is an absolute delight.

Wonderful accommodation that exceeds expectations. The houses were beautifully decorated and spotless clean surrounded by olive trees and very well curated spaces. Our family spent wonderful holidays in Afentiko Pigadi. Beautiful beaches and villages with restaurants were nearby. In the evenings we could relax by the pool. It was dreamy and the hosts were helpful and very friendly.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Afentiko Pigadi. The quality of the houses is exceptional – beautifully crafted stone buildings that stay naturally cool, meaning we never even needed air conditioning, even in the summer heat. The interior comfort was just as impressive, especially the fantastic mattress, which made every night restful. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially for the kids – safe, clean, and perfectly positioned. Another huge plus was the excellent internet connection, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. Above all, the hosts were amazing – warm, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful. They’ve created something truly special here. We can’t recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat!

Easy to access the property. Lovely apartment, spacious and very clean. The pool was fantastic. Rural and beautiful location. Lemons, limes and olives growing in the trees as well as lavender growing in front of the property.

The place to stay near Methoni! Very nice houses and appartement and a cute swimming pool. The plus: a very kindly owner who was very helpfull with us after a problem with our car. A perfect service. Thanks a lot
