The sheets and towels were clean.

Location was great, room simple but comfortable enough. We had everything we needed: hot running water, the room closed well so out belongings were safe, no weird smell in the room as mentioned in other reviews. We were at the port side of the building

Incredible view, lovely balcony overlooking quaint town life. The room is tidy & adequate. We cooked on the balcony each evening. Friendly locals. The town is very rundown but it’s truly wonderful. A real hidden gem. There are secluded eateries in the back streets. We cycled the peninsula, visited the volcanic area. Highly recommend. Giannis is a polite, helpful & responsive host.

The building is old , the furnitures are old BUT you can't expect much more for the price you pay ! It is clean and the location is perfect ! If you want a simple room for a sleep and for a shower for a low price then it's fine ! The owner was kind and I could keep the room after 12 the day I left !

If you’re looking for a “boutique style” hotel, with ten different types of shower gel, this place can’t get any further than that. But if you’re looking for a decent, clean, extreme value-for-money room, with a great view of the harbour, it can’t get any closer to this! Above all, this is the first GENUINELY pet friendly place I’ve ever stayed! No reservations of the type “yes, we’re pet friendly, but only for small dogs” or “yes, we’re pet friendly, but with an extra charge”, or “yes, we’re pet friendly, in the sense that we allow dogs on the balcony, but not in the room”. Well done, Gianni, you lead the way!

Perfectly modest 1967 chic, all the bare minimum frills, good air conditioning, great fridge with ice mould, good patio and view of sea. Middling wifi, passable pillows and prompt host.
