It is located near the road and the city center, but on the quiet place. It has private beach with sun umbrellas and chairs (free of charge). The stuff there are really great and help with every problem or wish you have. Everything is extremely clean. We really enjoy our stay.

I stayed at the property for one night. While the overall experience was ok , it did not quite meet my expectations. For the price paid, I anticipated a higher standard in terms of comfort and amenities. ( HVAC only in the bedroom , many ants, soap dispenser at the sink was empty)

The property has its own beach and its really quiet compared with Nikiti. The beach is 1 min from rented home. The site is isolated and protected so no one outside can’t access it. There are outdoor showers and each home have two terracce which cover all day shade. Marija, the receptionist, is very kind and gave us a warm welcome. The staff and owners care a lot about the cleanliness and comfort of the customers. I would highly recommend Sithonia lodge.

Sithonia Lodge is excellent choice for families. it’s near semi private beach with free sun bads and umbrellas included. houses are well equipped, spacious and clean. this mini “town” is organized and managed by dearest host I’ve ever met. We are greatly impressed by the hospitality and professional attitude of Marina and the whole staff of Sithonia Lodge. The vacation houses are immaculately clean, spacious and furnished with everything you need to feel as cozy as in your own home. At just 2-minute walk’s distance is a private beach with umbrellas and comfy foldable chairs, and the sea is quiet, with welcoming sand bottom. We will definitely return to this perfect vacation spot!

The host is more than amazing, she gave us a solution in a difficult accommodation situation. The house was very clean, and had everything needed for a short, and even long term vacation. Just a minute away from the beach.

“Totally worth it”

To be honest, it exceeded my expectations. The facilities are sufficient for a comfortable stay, the people are really nice and make you feel welcome. There is a small and charming beach I’m just in front and the location is great, although you need a car to access other beaches in the area.

Everything. The house is big, and has it all. The beach is right there, and with baby, that is a big plus. Also, Marina, the manager, helped us big time with some medicine.

The location is really great, near by the sea, small beautiful & quiet beach with umbrellas withing 1 minute by walk. The house is perfect and Marina she's an exceptional host, we will definitely come back.
