The location was perfect for us - very quite area, close to the beaches, but also not far to the town (restaurants, shops etc), great views from the balcony, size of the apartment, safe parking, complete equipment of the kitchen, cleaniness.

An amazing stay at this peaceful sea property! The tranquility, surrounded by beautiful olive gardens and spacious parking, made it the perfect getaway. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the sound of the waves from the balcony was so calming. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. Everything was spotless, and the linen and towels were of great quality. The house itself was spacious with a comfortable bed, sofa, and a well-equipped kitchenette, including a Nespresso machine. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating, checking in with me about both my arrival and departure times, and arranging key pick-up and drop-off with great flexibility. Highly recommended for a relaxing escape. Visiting already for the second time and I will for sure be visiting again

I had an amazing stay at this property. The attention to interior detail was impeccable, and everything was superbly clean and spotless. The tranquil olive garden in front of the property was a peaceful retreat, and the stunning sunset views were breathtaking. The property is just meters away from the sea, making it an ideal location. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property itself is spacious and well-equipped with great amenities like comfortable beds, quality linen, and plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely revisit.

Everything was great. This was our second year at Kalivas beach house. Excellent communication with the owner. The apartment was in great condition and well equipped.

“Nice apartment with sea view”

The house is located in a quiet area, next to Metamorfosi village. It has a large garden and the apartments are oriented all to the sea, which offer a nice sea view. The apartment where we stayed was comfortable, very clean and equipped with everything. The beach in front of the house is small and with no sun beds, but there are plenty of them close to the house. Having the private garden with locked gate, offers a safety stay. It was a nice stay and I highly recommend this accomodation
