“Exceptional”

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ninama. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The hosts are genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help and make sure guests are comfortable. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning — waking up to the mountains was unforgettable. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing while still being close enough to explore Mestia. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. It was the perfect start to day. Overall, this place has a special charm that made my stay truly memorable. I would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Svaneti.

“Wonderful place with wonderful hosts”

They are very friendly and always ready to help with every aspect of your stay. They can also provide a delicious breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. The room was always warm, and the shower always had hot water, which is especially important in Mestia during winter.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and clean. We've also tried lots of delicious dishes for breakfast. Can surely recommend!

“Amazing stay with comfortable rooms and warm hosts!”

The owners were very warm to us and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. This was our best accomodation during our Mestia-Ushguli hike. The breakfast was great and we had an amazing view from our room. The best part was the rooms and the entire guest house was heated which was such a blessing in the chilly weather. We came back to stay here a second time when we returned to Mestia. Really loved the hospitality from the owners as well 😄

“Great stay”

Very nice stay! Hosts were kind, place quiet, room clean, breakfast big and delicious, parking nice, common area with kitchen and sofas cool. A lovely dog welcomed us when we arrived. We recommend! I would go there again

A very nice place - clean, with a beautiful and spacious balcony where you can have breakfast and enjoy the view. The hosts are very friendly. There’s a kitchen available for guests, which is very convenient.

“Lovely”

The hotel is brand new and very confortable. The hosts are extremely nice and welcoming. It is situated a bit outside the center which is a big plus for everyone who’d like to enjoy the calm Mestia has to offer. The view outside the balcony is splendid, directly onto the mountains. They have a large terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy a coffee with this beautiful landscape. I don’t always leave a 10/10 review, but when everything is so great, I do :)

Thank you for making my trip to Mestia so memorable. I was warmly welcomed, and they even helped me with my luggage. The hotel is a bit away from the center, in a peaceful area, perfect for walking, and along the way, there are breathtaking views – exactly what I was looking for. The room was clean and well-organized, and I’d especially highlight the kitchen, which had everything planned out for the guest, down to the smallest details. And the view – stunning nature from every side. Even though I didn’t order breakfast, the host treated me to their homemade dish, which was absolutely delicious. In short, if you want to relax in peace and be close to nature, this is the ideal place.

“A nice place for rest”

Interacting with the hostess was a pleasure, thanks to her warmth and helpfulness. The room was tidy and clean, and the shower functioned well. The host was also helpful in providing a parking place for my car. I think it would be great to have a hanger in the room. A hanger for outerwear would be a useful addition, especially for guests visiting in colder months.

Clean room, and there is a fully equipped kitchen, cosy dining area, and washing machine. The balconies in the room and common area have stunning mountain views + sunrise/sunset views as well. The lady host & her family are warm, welcoming, friendly, generous, and the list goes on...

The tranquil location, nice veranda, wonderful views and extremely hospitable and friendly family made this place a location I will definitely stay at again, upon my next trip to Mestia!

The lady and her daughter were excellent. Always tried to help us for everything. It was extremely pleasant stay.

Perfect location, a few minutes from main town. Quiet with a beautiful view of mountain. Room is comfortable and cozy, at a great price. The family who owns it are very friendly and easygoing and the mum can cook you a feast for breakfast if you ask for it. They also have the sweetest dog i’ve ever met.

Super clean - the entire property was spotless, not just the room we stayed in. Also very warm & cosy which was always a blessing when coming in from the cold Hosts were truly beyond accommodating. Really treated us like family making us feel so welcome & nothing was ever too much to ask. Location is very peaceful but also convenient as not too far from the town.

The staff were very kind and wonderful. If you order the (optional) breakfast you are gonna be surprised of the quality of home-made meals! The hostess is soo nice and she is an exceptional cook too. Great views from the room balconies and a great big shared balcony on the second floor.
