Amazing experience at the Melen guest house. Place is spacious with great natural surroundings. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, they will make you feel at home. Dinner was also very good. I can only recommend.

“Very comfortable and with beatiful views”
Everything was new, modern, and clean. Unexpectedly high standard for the price, I've never stayed in such a luxory place anywhere else in Georgia (I'm a budget traveler). And the views were great, the house is built on a hill facing another mountain. There's also a café under development where I got to hang out on my own until late at night, preparing as many cups of tea as I felt like. You can also order meals at prices lower than in the restaurants in Mestia - for example, an enormous khachapuri for 10 GEL.

“Lovely family, great home and amazing food”
We stayed one night at Melen in Pari and had a wonderful time. It's a great place to rest especially if you are on the trek from Chuberi/Nakra to Mestia. Our room as well as the entire house were very clean, modern, comfortable and freshly renovated. The family was very nice and welcoming, and served us a huge and delicious dinner and breakfast (it was actually a feast!), consisting of khachapuri, lobiani, stews, soups, salads, bread, wine and much more that felt really rewarding after a long hike. Eka even helped us get through the village past some guard dogs and even offered us her phone number if we should ever get in trouble on the trail. This is a lovely family with a great home - you'd miss out if you didn't stay there.

Wow what an amazing country, farm experience. A hidden gem in this little village The surroundings and views are breathtaking. Rooms extremely clean and comfortable. The host and her 2 English speaking children were the best. Breakfast at a extra reasonable price was a feast. We booked for supper too and even that was excellent
