Listing the best things: amazing buffet breakfast; great location in Mestia; bathrobes; warm hotel & rooms; good and hot shower. The hotel is very new and cosy. It's very easy to get help from the reception with taxis or other questions. The breakfast is a mix of local and familiar food and everybody (including vegan, veggie, or GF) will find something for them in the mix. There's a heated ski room so your boots and equipment are dry and warm in the morning. It was a perfectly comfortable, cosy stay with a good nights sleep after a full day of snowboarding. Highly recommend.

“Perfect”

Very friendly personal. Always helped when there were something. Perfect placement also. Walking distance to everything, and a little hidden from the traffic noise. The dinner was also very good!

Everything was exceptional from the the beginning to the end of our trip! Rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious and people are super nice! Even though we had some issues with the arrival they were thoughtful and understandable and made our stay as pleasant as possible! They offer transfers from Kutaisi airport and also to the ski resorts Tetnuldi and Hatsvali. The hot tub is a great spot to relax after a long day on the slopes. Would love to return and definitely recommend the hotel!

I absolutely loved this family owned hotel. The hot tubs on the roof are a great way to end a day. The staff were simply incredible and very accommodating. The rooms were warm, spacious, and clean.

“Brilliant stay”

We had an amazing stay at the Ushba hotel. Everything is extremely clean, people are very nice, the room is stylish and warm. The breakfast was also pretty good. Hotel has its own power generator so we weren’t affected by the electricity cut offs.

This is a fantastic hotel! I haven't experienced this level of comfort in a long time, and I'm not sure it can be surpassed. It's very comfortable, very cozy, and the staff were always ready to help with any questions and make sure our stay was wonderful. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back! The rooftop spa barrels are a lovely addition to unwind after a long day of walking. P.S. The breakfasts are amazing, and I recommend them to everyone.

It is a new and very clean hotel building with comfortable rooms and gorgeous bathrooms, an elevator and an excellent breakfast. A very friendly and welcoming staff.

Spacious clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was nice, and the staff friendly and accommodating. The rooftop terrace is really nice! Travelling with bicycles, this hotel was a welcome break from guest houses. We hate to say it but: European standards are sometimes just nice.

The location near the river and within the main road of Mestia is nice

The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful. Breakfast is great and there is a hottub on the roof. The hosts are very friendly and lovely and location is perfect.

The hotel looks new, and the location is perfect. Breakfast has everything necessary, but for normal coffee, you need to ask workers, like that at the buffet they have only instant one.
