Everything. Clean, amazing views and such lovely staff. We really felt like family when we left. We are staying here again in our return. This was our favourite hotel in Georgia. Thanks to Sandro and your team for an incredible experience.

You would be a fool to stay anywhere else in Mestia! This gorgeous hotel has it all - a sunny terrace overlooking the town and mountains, gourmet authentic Georgian food as well as clean and modern rooms.

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, clean everything, fairly breakfast. The bed is amazing comfortable.

“An unforgettable stay with a homey atmosphere!”

A very atmospheric place with a beautiful mountain view. We had an excellent stay! The staff is very kind and truly cares about their guests—the room was clean, well-maintained, and very elegant; there’s really nothing to complain about. We even watched a Champions League match with the staff, which was a great experience and made the place feel very welcoming and homey. The food is delicious, with plenty of options for everyone, and they serve great coffee and tasty tea. Also, the semi-sweet red wine they have is wonderful!

“Cozy stay”

The hotel is very well located, less than a 5 minute walk from the city center and with a parking right in front. The building is quite charming, with an old chalet feel in some parts and a large courtyard that overlooks the lovely stone towers and the mountains. The room was spatious and clean and the staff was very nice as well.

The hotel is amazing, we arrived at 2 in the morning,the staff helped to pick us up at the bottom of the town because the road is covered with heavy snow and ice.when we leave, our car is out of battery, they also helped us to light up the car, thanks so much 🎊

Really good breakfast, cooked Georgian specialities as well as bread and other cold options like cheese, salads and sweet toppings for bread. We stayed in Winter, but I would imagine that the patio is a delight to sit out on when the weather is warmer. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place, great service, very tasty food. I would definitely come back when I have a trip.

Old House is truly that - one of the oldest buildings in Mestia, owned by a truly amazing host Luca. It's situated between multiple towers, some of the oldest in the area. Luca was kind enough to offer us some homemade Chacha which I am incredibly thankful for. The rooms were lovely and with a fantastic view. Only down point because of a slight smell in the room that we had.

The property is a multi-generational family home that has been expanded and renovated to become a wonderfully charming and comfortable hotel. The food is fantastic, and the outside deck is amazing. There is parking in the hotel-owned lot across the street that is very convenient.

The cooks are fantastic and the best food we had in all the hotels we stayed at in Georgia. Breakfast was very extensive and well presented, plus we had a different tasty hot dish each morning to try. The hotel manager was wonderful, friendly and helpful. He arranged to meet our car to navigate us to the hotel on arrival due to a temporary road closure on the day, plus helped advise us on many things, including arranging a taxi for us to the airport, helped with our bags etc etc such a great guy! The views are awesome too. I loved the traditional design they have kept with the place, in keeping with the village, whilst having super modern bedrooms (and bathroom).
