this is a great value for money stay in Mestia. it is a clean, new, very well designed and perfectly located small hotel. room was great and balcony useful and enjoyable. it is above the center so close to everything but far enough from the noise. . owner is a great talkative nice German guy who spoke perfect English and was the most welcoming person. rare gem with European standards.

Wondeful hotel, so happy we stayed there! Room is great, beautiful view from the balcony, easy parking on the street (marked spaces) great breakfast and very friendly and helpful owner (German) who gave us advice about hiking and places to see. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Mestia!

Absolutely exceptional hotel. We had a wonderful stay and the only bad part was having to leave! Nino was wonderful and I would always consider this as first choice in Mestia.

Part of the shower was broken, other part crumbled in our hands. When reporting to owner she accused us of purposely harming the room, and demanded an absurd amount of money.

It was a really comfortable stay in a great location close to the main street. A good size room with a great bed and shower. The host is lovely and breakfast was good too. The views of the mountains and watchtowers from the balcony are beautiful.

The hotel is beautiful and in a very peaceful location with a beautiful view. The woman working there was really lovely and very helpful. We liked our stay here very much and would definitely recommend to others.

Location is close to main attractions, shop and restaurant but in more quiet area. Rooms are modern, spacious, huge bathroom. Breakfast was great too, for first time we could drink nice bean to cup coffee - amazing feeling after over week on instant coffee! :)

Had a wonderful stay in Hotel Lamish in a nice clean room with comfy bed and amazing Mestia view. The bathroom is equipped with premium quality sanitary ware. Really enjoyed the terrace full of flowers. Quiet place, very close to the center of the town. The owners are great and always attentive to guests. Definitely will come here again.

“Perfect stay in Mestia”

We arrived to Mestia to stay just one night, but as soon as we saw the Hotel we decided to stay another extra night. Tamara is the host of this beautiful place, and from the very first moment she made us feel at home, she is very kind, gentle and open to solve all your questions. The hotel has an excellent location close to the Main Street but not in it, just a few blocks from it so it’s really quiet and well located. Inside the hotel you’ll see that their installations are brand new, everything looks really modern and it’s super super clean. It has common spaces inside and outside where you can lay and rest. A very big “plus” on this place it’s “Badi”, a really smart, quiet, playful and cute dog that will bring you company and play with you, if you want. Breakfast was amazing with very different options, great coffee, fruits, hotcakes, eggs and many other things. We would definitely go back there and I strongly recommend you to stay here if you go to Mestia.
