Surrounded by a large garden, this traditional guest house enjoys a quiet location in the UNESCO listed town. Compact dormitories with wired internet access and free parking are offered here. The bright rooms at Koka Guest House feature homelike interiors with wooden flooring and classic-style furniture. Some dormitories have a private bathroom and shared bathroom facilities can be found in the hallway. Traditional Georgian dishes and meals typical of the Svaneti region are served in Koka’s inviting ding room. Guests are welcome to prepare meals in the shared kitchen. Koka Guest House is ideally situated for hiking, cycling and cross country-skiing trips in the Caucasus Mountains. Transfers to Queen Tamar Airport can be organised on request.

Decent location but a small walk out of the centre of Mestia. Me and my Dad stayed here in Jan and we were the only ones in the whole hotel! It was a great space to relax in, use the kitchen downstairs, and explore the area! The hosts were very friendly and happy to help us with suggestions of what to do and where to go, we ended up staying an additional night which was no worries. Thanks!

“The best option!!”
Clean hotel, well located, all the amenities you might need for the stay were already there. Balconies, chimneys, etc. Complete kitchen, clean bathroom, it was a very pleasant time there. Something that I might say is that Pata and family’s attention toward guests is awesome. He is the best guide ever, and all the time made us feel more that welcome!!!

Feels like home, beautiful views away from noise and walking distance from town. The hosts were nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious, and there was a shared kitchen . Overall great stay !

“This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel, and I will return.”
The rooms and bathrooms are clean and warm (not hot in summer). There is always hot water. The bed is comfortable. The food is delicious. The view from all rooms is amazing, also there are 2 shared balconies.

A very nice guesthouse. In particular, we loved the garden and view from the balcony. BwE felt very comfortable and slept well, would definitely come back. Sadly we didn’t have time for breakfast but it looked and smelled amazing.
