Very helpful owner: she warmed up the room before we arrived and gave us some extra warm clothes because we forgot ours. The room was cozy and we slept like babies there.

“I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.”
The location is very convenient, only about a 3-minute walk to the town center. The host was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Her son George also helped me a lot. The room was comfortable, clean, and warm. The view was beautiful — from the garden, you can see the Svan towers and the snow mountains. The dogs and cats were also very lovely😃

“Great Guesthouse in Mestia”
The guesthouse was great. There were great views from my room and the beds were very confortable. Also the toilet was great. The host is super nice and welcoming.

“Definitely will come back and stay here again”
close to bus stop and everything. heater, hot water and location is very good, located in quiet place,have good sleep all night. Free to use dining room, kitchen and paid 5gel for washing machine 🐈🐕are lovely 🥰

The room was so lovely and comfortable. It seemed quite new. There was also a terrace right in front of the room and you can sit there and enjoy. The owners were also really kind and welcoming.

Maia was super welcoming and helpful. We stayed for one night, after our trip to Ushguli we decided to book here again before leaving Svaneti. The room was decorated and cozy. We had our own shower and toilet, a luxury you start to appreciate again after not having a private bathroom for most of our stay in Georgia. They also have the sweetest animals.

Great location in the centre of Mestia. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Owner is very friendly and helpful, allowed us to store our bags whilst we trekked to Ushguli. If we return to Mestia wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We rent a new cottage with all facilities that we needed. Maya is super host. Location was perfect close to center and all attractions,but quite. Restrorant with live .music is 100 meters from cottage. Parking lot is close to cottage.

“Excellent Value and Location”
Great value and in the centre of Mestia. There's a washing machine which was 5 lari for a wash, and a kitchen which can be used. The room was comfortable.
