We stayed at this guesthouse and were very satisfied. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is excellent — only about a 5-minute walk from the city center. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and Svan towers from the window. We definitely recommend this place to everyone and thank the hosts for their warm hospitality!

Though it was close to the center of Mestia it was very quiet because the house is a bit behind the street. We preferred this location to one in the very center. There is a huge garden and courtyard that we could use which was nice for our children. The terrace has a nice view to Mestia. The family was very friendly.

The place of stay is unique, near to the center but also quiet, nature is simply gorgeous. Host is super welcoming and hospital. Neaty yard and rooms. There is a kitchen to kook self but also restaurant where your can order your breakfast and dinner.

The guesthouse has nice common kitchen. We had a picture of bedroom in one of our bedrooms (not really a bonus, but an interesting aesthetic choice).
