One of the best guesthouse experiences I have ever had, not only in Georgia. The location is excellent, just a 4-6 minute walk from the main street, yet the house is situated in a quiet area where nothing disturbs your rest. The yard is well-maintained and equipped with chairs, hammocks, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The real gem of this guesthouse, however, is its hosts. They made us feel like part of the family rather than guests. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, always ready to offer advice and assistance whenever we needed it. I would definitely recommend staying here, whether you are looking for a peaceful holiday or simply stopping in Mestia before a hike. The hosts are also very knowledgeable about hiking routes and local conditions, which is a huge advantage.

Nice rooms, a lot of space. Warm water at all times, tea and coffee. Beautiful garden and common area with water, coffee und tea. David the owner and his mom are very nice. The stored my luggage while I was on the Mestia to Ushguli trail and gave me great recommendations for the area. Thank you very much! It is a great place and I would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the old, traditional house in Svaneti. The view of the mountains from our balcony was enchanting. The fruit trees in the garden were in bloom. Every morning we received a traditional and delicious breakfast from the very welcoming landlady. We were completely satisfied! And the value for money was excellent.

“Perfect option in Mestia”

This is a small, cozy guesthouse run by an incredibly nice and kind family. My room was clean, nice and well equipped. There's free coffee and tea. The garden is great to relax. You can park in the nearby streets, and it's just a couple of minutes walk to the center of the village. I wish I could've stayed longer, but understandably they were sold out so I could not extend my stay.

I loved the location and my room had sensational views. The staff were delightful and I could leave my bag here while I went hiking. I could also do my washing when I got back. I only wish I could stay longer and spend days relaxing in the garden.
