Amazing accommodation with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and a wonderful hostess. The location is in a quiet part of Mestia, yet within immediate walking distance of everything important – the bus stop, shops, restaurants, and a bank. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The breakfasts are delicious. The hostess and her entire family are absolutely fantastic and always willing to help and give advice. It was very hard for us to say goodbye. We highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was lovely, comfortable, and felt like home, but the best part of our experience was the wonderful woman who hosted us - Tea. She was one of the kindest and most caring people we met during our trip. She helped us with everything — finding drivers, giving recommendations, laundry, and preparing delicious breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. Tea always made sure we had everything we needed and treated us with so much warmth. We truly fell in love with her kindness and hospitality. We even wanted to come back and stay here again, but unfortunately there was no availability. We are so grateful for our stay and would recommend this place to anyone! Tea you are the best! ❤️❤️

Thea is one of the most kind and caring people we met in Georgia. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and helps with whatever you need. The cottage is clean and comfortable with a great view. The breakfast and lunch are substantial and delicious.

Absolutely wonderful. Tea couldn't do enough for me to make my stay 100% comfortable. Her Guesthouse is her passion in every way. O slept well, enjoyed a superb breaky, and was made to feel welcome.

The most wonderful host we have ever met! We made our reservation just 10 minutes before arrival, and our room was already perfectly ready for us. The property is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful veranda ,both enclosed and open ,offering stunning mountain views. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious and impossible to finish! Our host also gave us wonderful tips on what to visit in the area and even helped us with laundry. Hand on heart, I couldn't recommend this place more highly and a score of 10 is honestly still not enough! გმადლობთ!

picturesque views on the towers of Mestia, fantastic breakfast thanks to a host with a great & warm hospitality. The view in the morning while taking breakfast wiyth the sun rising on the mountains, also great at sunset. The room is large and clean - the bed was super comfortable.

Tea was really nice and packed breakfast for me when she found out I was doing the hike to Mestia. Room was amazing very huge and clean fantastic for the price point. She was also very understanding when I had to cancel a later booking due to falling sick and rearranging travel plans

We were made to feel so very welcome on arrival and throughout our 3 night stay. The room was warm, cosy and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and we could make tea or coffee whenever we wanted to. The views from the balcony were amazing. Easy to park and a quick walk into the main street. Highly recommend staying here.

Stay here if you can! The rooms are very comfortable and nicely furnished and Tea is a wonderful host, very helpful and attentive and exceptionally generous -wonderfully so. Certainly one of the best places we have ever stayed in .

“A really nice and friendly place to stay that I would like to visit again.”

We had a wonderful stay for three nights and four days in a very well-equipped accommodation. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The bus terminal was nearby, making it convenient for getting around. The host was very friendly. He helped us with transportation to Ushguli and the Shkhara Glacier, and even arranged a bus ticket to Batumi by phone. Breakfast and a packed lunch for the trek were a bonus. He also prepared a packed lunch for us to eat in the car on our way back. I've stayed in many accommodations during my long trip, but this was by far the most hospitable. I'd love to come back to this accommodation again.

“The best accomodation in Mestia”

The owner is one of the nicest people we met in Georgia (maybe ever)! She is the type of person that goes an extra mile for her customers, from giving a good advice about trips to making us a quick dinner even though we came late at night hungry after our flight. She also helped us book a taxi from Ushguli to Kutaisi. The apartment was very comfortable, one of the best we had in Georgia. It had everything we needed, from a heater to hair dryer. The breakfast was very good as well as a lunchbox she packed for us for our trip. If I am in Mestia again I will definitely book a room at this place once more!

Wow, we loved it here! Our best guesthouse experience in Georgia so far. Tea is an incredible, kind, thoughtful host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She's a brilliant cook so we had delicious breakfasts and packed lunches. The location is great with views across Mestia (and right next door to Twin Peaks, restaurant doing excellent dinners).
