“Absolutely amazing stay — 10 out of 10”

We had a wonderful experience here. The hostess was incredibly kind and helpful: she assisted us with all our questions, recommended great places to eat, and gave us tips on how to reach the sights we wanted to see. The house itself is beyond praise. It is very spacious, with three bedrooms each having its own bathroom and toilet, plus an extra toilet downstairs in the living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, coffee and tea. In the evenings we enjoyed playing the many interesting board games available. The location is simply perfect — right in the very center of Mestia, within walking distance to everything you might need. And of course, the views are breathtaking: from the huge lodge balcony you can admire the snowy peaks. This place added so many wonderful impressions to our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, with a stunning mountain view from the balcony. There's also a huge shared balcony with two hammocks — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The interior is nicely renovated, with brand-new kitchen appliances. You'll also find games, a PlayStation 5, and a wireless speaker for entertainment. Each room has its own private bathroom, plus there's an extra one on the ground floor. There’s a separate laundry room with both a washing machine and a dryer.

We liked the central location at Set squire, even if the places around are crowded during summer time. The house is very nice, and we especially enjoyed the common space at the ground floor where you could cook, have tea/coffee and socialise.

It's a really nice place, clean fresh, calming location is in center of Mestia. Owner is really friendly Highly recommend this place 💘

“A cozy guest house”

The guest house is located in the cencer of Mestia, you can find easily everything around it. Clean rooms, pleasant sitting area downstrairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, Mari is very attentive and pleasant host, she recommended places to visit. Svaneti region is so beautiful that must see!

Great location, in the city centre, close to the cable car, many restaurants nearby, room was clean and the host was pleasant.

I really enjoy my stay! Location is wonderful, everything (restaurants, shops, station) is very close. Cozy, clean and comfortable stay, the house is specious and well occupied. Lovely and helpful host, highly recommend ;)
