The host was kind and welcoming. The room is stylishly decorated. The garden and surroundings are just beautiful and very peaceful. It is a bit further from the town centre but easily accessible on foot and we were able to enjoy nature.

I had a wonderful stay at Cottage Woodside! The location is perfect — very close to the city center, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. The highlight was definitely the terrace, offering a stunning view of the mountains, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, making me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience!

Definitely go to spot in Mestia. First of all, this cottage has an excellent location, it's 400 meters away from the center and therefore, everything you need is at hand (restaurants, pharmacy, etc). Rooms are clean and lovely with lots of light and comfortable beds. The hosts were just amazing, kindhearted people and who gave us excellent recommendations about cafes, sightseeings and if you're interested, they can tell you interesting facts about Svanetian culture and traditions. (it was the first time for me in Svaneti and they made sure I got the best experience possible for my one night stay). I'll gladly come back next time! Thank you! 💌

Lovely cottage at the riverside owned by welcoming family. When coming by car, park on the nearby bridge and follow the wooden arrow by the river (bring a backpack rather than a suitcase :)). Quiet location just few minutes walking to the centre of Mestia. Rooms are clean and big enough, they also have a separate kitchen for guests. Its possible to order breakfast the day before.

The place is really cozy, in a calm place nearby the city. Hosts are great, would definitely come back here!

We loved our stay. Already the trail to the accommodation is one of a kind. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Mestia near the river but only a short walk to the center. The place has got everything you need and our favourite part was the big terrace with an amazing view over the mountains. Its the perfect place to relax after hiking and exploring. The host is really lovely. And we would love to come back one day.

The cottage woodside has a very nice garden, small but comfortable rooms, a beautiful terrace and a well equipped kitchen. We had a room next to the bathroom, so we could hear other guests going in and out... So remember to bring some earblugs if you have a light sleep. Besides that our stay was perfect! Victor is a great host and we can recommend it!

A warm, cosy home surrounded by snowcapped mountains all around the front and a beautiful, peaceful forest/meadow at the back with birds chirping and a river flowing. The host arranged a desk and chairs for us to work from and was very friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic - a 5min walk to the centre where there is everything needed for long-term or short-term stays (food & clothing stores, resturants, bus ticket stations, ski & bus tour bookings, etc) at very affordable prices. We were very impressed and can't wait to go back to stay at Cottage Woodside! We will visit again this year for sure :)

Probably the best place to stay in Mestia! Warm in cold days, wonderful wooden house, owner is extremely nice and helpful, cat is just the icing on the top! Highly recommended.
