“Perfect apartment in Mestia!!”
The room is new and very confortable! The toilet is the best we had in Georgia so far. The views from the windows and balcony are unbelievable! Anna was very helpful all the time. The location is perfect - right at the city center. Kitchen is equipped with all basic staff for cooking and good fridge. I would recommend this apartment for everyone coming to Mestia.

The room is spacious, clean, and the bathroom is also big and clean. There is a kitchen but lack of microwave. The view from the balcony is superb. Location is very great just need to walk 1-2 min to spar and Seti square.

“I felt comfortable and good, thank you for your hospitality”
I liked this apartment much more than the expensive hotels in Mestia. Excellent accommodation for the money. The best location and everything you need are there. - kitchen is convenient for cooking - enough space - clean bathroom with a large shower and a good supply of water - very convenient location, 1 minute walk to a 24-hour store, no need to climb uphill, all the best restaurants are a 2-minute walk away - incredibly loyal and friendly staff

I would like to express my gratitude to the Apart-Hotel SETI and its owners! The room is located right in the city center, yet the windows overlook a church and the mountains — it’s very quiet, with no street noise. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was neat, clean, and spacious, with everything needed for a long-term stay. It was a pleasure to come back after long walks and spend cozy evenings in the room. Special thanks for the huuuuge bowl in the cupboard for a New Year’s salad 💛 The hosts also provided us with an additional heater, a hair dryer, and even candles — just in case of an apocalypse. Communication was very polite and responsive. Anna replied quickly and helped us with any questions related to our stay and the rental. We felt truly cared for and very welcome. Thanx a lot!

“This hotel is definitely great value for money.”
The hotel/ Apartment was well maintained with spacious room and kitchen facilities. Location is handy with supermarket and restaurant outside. Room with great Mountain view overlooking the St. Nicholas Church. Hostess Anna is super friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing time staying at Apart-Hotel Seti. First of all, huge thanks to Ana, who was absolutely wonderful - she helped with everything I needed and even let me stay for an extra night free of charge! That was truly unexpected and very kind of her. The location is unbeatable - right by the town hall, in the very heart of Mestia. Everything is close by, and the views are beautiful. The apartment was warm, super clean, and very comfortable. I felt like at home from the very first moment. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or staying longer, this place is just perfect. Highly recommend - and special thanks again to Ana for her hospitality and generosity!

Great location in the heart of Mestia, yet quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Brand new apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including refrigerator, kettle, small electric stove, dishes and utensils. Comfortable bed, towels - of the highest standard. Shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, rentals, etc. are just a few steps from the house. But the best about this place is its host - the wonderful Anna, always in touch, ready to help and arrange any requests, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay here during my next amazing trips to Svaneti!

“Excellent stay and very nice hosts”
Anna was a very helpful host, and we felt very comfortable interacting with her and her husband. The place is central, very clean and warm, and corresponds to the picture. We had a lovely stay there and we recommend to book Seti hotel if you plan to come to Mestia!
