The owner is very polite. Even though we arrived late, he did not mind and handed over the key himself. The location of the house is central. The apartment door and the door of the house are very safe. The house does not have a private parking lot. However, there are free parking spaces on the streets around the house. We had no problems. The facility is new and very useful. A spacious house.

Location is the best you can find in Messina, close to everything! Spacious and modern apartment, fully equipped, safe even at the ground floor and the host is great. Fully air-conditioned and hot water available all day.

Massimo was very keen to meet us at the property immediately after our arrival and hand over the keys. it is a nice and clean apartment on the Ground floor of the building. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped.

Accessible from main station but 20 minutes walking with bags. Nice bedroom excellent shower area. Breakfast is 100m away an enjoyable cup of coffee with a croissant a couple of eateries in the immediate area.

The host was helpful and access was up some steps but still on the ground floor. The apartment was superb. Very modern, all that 4 people could want. Air con in both bedrooms. Very easy to walk to places and some very nice restaurants close by and closer to town.

Walking distance to the duomo and shopping district. Breakfast was included at the local pasticceria. Nice modern shower recess with 2 shelves for toiletries. Comfortable bed. We had aperitivo and dinner at 'Zio Angelos' which had great service and was a few minutes walk.

A very nice and clean apartment on the ground floor. Located in the city centre, it allows you to explore it not using a car. There is a nearby parking garage which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. The host was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is in a nice cafe within walking distance.
