Be prepared for a stunning view from the terrace watching the shipping and the lights of Villa San Giovanni across the strait. Great small beach just across the road. Small kitchen with all the essentials has the best view from inside the apartment. Big comfortable bed and lots of storage for clothes. A perfect gem hidden up a few sets of outdoor stairs.

Giuseppe was very helpful, thank him for our comfort. The apartment was clean, kitchen is tiny but we found everything we needed. Maybe iron would be useful, but that is the only thing we missed a bit. To be honest I would give 10 in any case, just because the apartment has the most beautiful terrace I've even seen in my life: big, clean with amazing view on the sea, stairs to the apartment look very Instagram too. A small beach was just across the street.

“Convenient location with great view.”
The location was great for us. The apartment has a view looking across at mainland Italy and your just across the street from a small beach. Parking gets difficult after 8pm as there are a couple of clubs nearby.

Excellent venue with terrific view. There is a club right accross the street and it can get noisy at night. Luckily during my stay the club was close so I could enjoy the calming ambiance with the sound of gentle waves. The bus stop to catch busses to the centre is only a few steps away. Communication with Giuseppe (the host) was easy. Checking in and out process is flawless. I’d consider staying here if I visit Messina again.

Balcony was nice with sea view. Service was nice. Located just opposite to bus stop. Some decent restaurants near by to get proper local food.

“Excellent location”
Very nice location, on the beach. Excellent communication with Mr. Giuseppe. Always available to help, recommended us a place to eat and what to visit within the city. We used it while being on a tour through the island, but it seemed a nice option for longer stays as well (the area in front had several beach bars). The property was full equiped, large room, balcony and nice area for eating.

“Lovely place to stay, would definitely recommend”
Our host met us at the bust stop when we arrived, he was very welcoming. Had the best view from our private balcony, sitting out there every evening having dinner and a few glasses was bliss
