It was in a good location and the studio was very clean and comfortable and traditionally decorated. It has a lovely view even from the ground floor and there is a small beach across the road. On our arrival there was water in the fridge, anti mosquito plug already plugged in and hand soap and washing up liquid provided

Wonderful friendly owners, incredible view and perfect position for the small town with bars and restaurants. Also a few yards from the lovely sea. The apartment was also very clean.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Spiros and Peppy were around every day if you needed anything. We had plenty of fresh towels and bed linen during our week stay.

This was our second year at Villa Pepy. This accommodation is excellent, we stayed in the top apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconys, a very spacious living room area, kitchen, seating area and bathroom. The view is amazing I can't think of anything better to top it, if you are looking for a genuine Greek style accommodation to go with your stay on a fabulous Greek island this is it....the owners Spiros and his wife Pepy are such genuine hosts, very helpful, caring and polite.

We had a wonderful holiday here. Spyro and Pepy are incredibly friendly people. The apartment has all that one needs. It's close to the beach, in a quiet place and has a wonderful view. We are definitely coming back.

Thank you Spiros and Pepy for making us feel like home! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Amazing apartament, very clean, nice view towards the sea and well maintained garden. We had the chance to see the most beautiful sunrises directly from the terrace.

“Perfect!”

Spiros and Pepy are very hospitable, creating all the conditions to make the guest feel comfortable. The apartments are located 50m from the sea in a quiet part of the village. Excellent service - regular change of bed linen, towels, apartment cleaning. The kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable mattress and pillows. I hope to return.

“Great accommodation & friendly hospitality”

Everything from the start to the end of our stay was wonderful, we had friendly, happy, helpful, kind hosts, Spiros & Pepy, they were such a lovely couple, and with real teamwork between them. The apartment was spacious, clean, perfect ! The beds were comfy, clean and very big, we had lots of storage space too. The bathroom and toilet were clean, and perfect for our needs. Clean towels & bedding every 2 days. We had wonderful views from a very large balcony with a smaller balcony of the garden from another bedroom. To wake up to the view of the sea, distant mountains and little boats was spectacular and not taken for granted. The gardens were kept very well. We enjoyed being in there too much! It wasn't just a base, it was a comfy home for 7 wonderful nights, the beautiful touches that they did made it special, thank you Pepy and Spiros very much.

The accommodation is new, extremely clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days, the hosts are very friendly. The apartment on the last floor has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The nearest beach is 5 minutes from the accommodation, calm and with clean water. Messongi is a small place, but it has all the necessary facilities, shops, cafes, and restaurants with good food. We recommend Villa Pepi!

“One of the best hosts I have ever met”

I came tired and exhausted for various reasons and left relieved, sunbaked, and with a decision to come back to Korfu. The suite provided by Pepy was immaculate, overlooking the sea, with great basic equipment needed for an easy breakfast and stuff, that I like to do on my own. The bedroom was big enough, bathroom was quite alright too. The "sea-view" apartments overlook also the road, which is however not busy at all, and the traffic gets almost zero after 22pm. The asset of its own is the staff - they are most of the time around, always happy to help with anything, and tremendously supportive in every way. I can honestly mark them as one of the best hosts I have ever had. The Corfu island is great enough to provide enough sources of entertainment. The area in which the Villa Pepy is located is very quiet, just about 5 minutes walk from the Messongi tourist area, and about one minute from a nice Mermaid tavern, that I used many times with pleasure.

The location was exactly where we wanted

Everything was perfect. This was the second time in Villa Pepy. We ll go back. :)

The hosts were very friendly and always available for any request. The location is fantastic just a 2' walk from the seaside and close ' walk to the main supermarket at Messonghi.
