Apartment has everything you need. Views on the sea from everywhere You can hear the waves from the terrace and enjoy sea view even from the bed! Beach is just downstairs which is amazing. And the best part was our outdoor shower 🥰 Every corner has its own beauty! We also had one use paddle boards, bicycle,grill… :)

Location super. We didn’t hire a car, the walk to cafes and bars was a good 30 mins plus but enjoyable, however, narrow roads,no pavements and cars travelling fast so wouldn’t do it with children or pushchairs.

The location is a dream come true. Remotely located yet walking distance to a few nearby restaurants although cooking is perfectly possible in the kitchen in the apartment. A car is useful to explore the island from Villa Evita. One highlight is the level of privacy that this place provides. The ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea. The host is the most friendly and helpful person in the world. We had a blast!

Fantastic villa with outstanding views. Incredibly well appointed and the host, Iveta, was exemplary and provided very much support and guidance, even taking us to the supermarket for supplies! Would highly recommend as this villa is a gem in Messonghi with direct beach access, a lovely veranda and terrace.

Villa Evita is a lovely place, with a very attentive host. You have your own private balcony and small pool.The location is right on the beach, and it makes it a really special and relaxing holiday with your family.

We loved the privacy of our own upper and lower sundecks. We could come and go as we pleased without anyone bothering us. There were lovely sunloungers, use of SUP boards and a little boat that was great fun. It was a lovely oasis of calm with wonderful views after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was large with everything that you needed. There were a small number of local tavernas that you could walk to in the evenings - all our meals were good and well priced. Most of all we loved our host Iveta. She was so welcoming and full of useful information. She always went the extra mile including getting me tablets and cream for my many mosi bites! An absolute super host!

“Excellent holiday in Villa Evita”

The villa was very clean and comfortable, we had an amazing sea view and a private beach. We could use a paddle boards and motorboat provided by the owner. The host Ivetta is very friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of tips on where to eat and helped us to rent a scooter. Overall we had a great stay and we would highly recommend Villa Evita.

The villa is very nice and the apartment we were given was cozy, with a nice modern fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful small balcony overlooking the sea. Great to have private access directly to the crystal clear sea right below. A very welcomed plus, we were offered to use two stand up paddle boards, which we used to explore the coast nearby.
