Communication excellent, hotel transfers on time and excellent. Food delicious, pools clean and fun. Kids entertainment perfect. Everything was amazing. Very clean everywhere. Snack bar fantastic!

Wine from a box on all inclusive. Very poor wine, poor selection of drinks. We were only able to book 1 restaurant by second day as the rest were booked out for our stay. Beds very uncomfortable and hard.

We like everything

The staff are friendly and helpful, Spivos and Konstantina were most accommodating and a credit to the hotel. The newly refurbished rooms are gorgeous, along with the food hall and entrance to the hotel. The food was of good quality with an aray of fresh fruit.

It looks like two different hotels in one. The newly renovated part, main building and main pool are really nice. But other parts of the hotel look outdated. We enjoyed all the a la carte restaurants, Corfiot was a blast. Also we liked all the breakfast we had at Elia.

“Great but not perfect”

The hotel itself was beautiful- the main pool and bar by the lobby were our favourites, we were never without a sunbed! Good choice of drinks in the all inclusive package, and the meals were good too - lots of variety, healthy, delicious. I appreciated that there were areas which were more kid friendly and others that were for adults too. The bed was comfortable enough and our balcony (garden view) was a lovely spot to have a coffee in the morning. The resort is big but everything is really easy to get to, which was great!

All inclusive was good. Excellent choice of food and drinks available. Signature restaraunts food was excellent. 6 course seafood night was very good. Main pool area was very nice and comfortable. Waiting times for bar weren't bad but we went in October. Eliza breakfast was exceptional with good selection.

The new main pool, bar and reception area were fabulous. Good choice of food. Well run kids club. Excellent communication from the hotel through WhatsApp. Parting gift on the last night a really lovely touch.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here. The price-quality ratio was excellent. If you're traveling with a small child and requesting an extra bed, it's best to message them in the chat.This way the staff will definitely know that you need it.The food was great, I recommend going here on an all inclusive basis. The hotel also has a wonderful spa.

“Honeymoon - a lovely time with you guys”

Everything. From the minute we walked through the doors we were blown away by the atmosphere, the decor and the absolute professionalism of all of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our room could not have been nicer. Plush, comfortable, modern, everything provided that you could need. On our last night we were even left a little plate of macarons and cake, a gift bag with delicious Kumquat liquor and some handmade soaps. We had travelled around Corfu for a couple of days but stayed for 5 nights here as we loved it so much. We were on our honeymoon and could not have wished for more. The adults only pool area was relaxing, the bar was well stocked if you wanted cocktails or mocktails or soft drinks. The pool, even though a little chilly, was lovely. Clean and we enjoyed a few swims. The whole complex was well laid out. The buffet restaurant was clean, plenty of choice and a different menu each night. Something for anyone and everyone to chose from each meal time. We booked into the a-la-carte restaurant for an evening meal one night and a couple of breakfasts while we were there. What a lovely find. The breakfasts were amazing, the evening meal absolutely delicious. The staff were on another level of professionalism and so lovely and welcoming. I'd return to Corfu just for this hotel that's for sure!!
