The location is amazing, right on the beach. You are 20 metres from the sea and lying in bed at night listening to the waves lapping on the shore was heavenly. The small kitchen allows you to make your own breakfast and basic meals if you wish.

Love love love. Everything about seaside studios is fabulous. Escape the all-inclusive junk and come here to the best location you will ever find. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping at the beach outside your door. No white noise or fans needed. Aircon was included but not needed as the screened windows let the gentle sea breeze lull you to sleep. Finola and her beautiful family are the perfect hosts who welcome you to the point that you feel like part of their family. The snack bar attached is a perfect compliment to staying with the family. If you want to wind down and lose all those stresses of today's world come and stay here. 24hours here and even the wrinkles will fade. Love everything. Simple clean and perfect.

“Perfect rooms, perfect location, perfect hosts”

Location is right on the beach and in the centre for supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Ideal if you don't want to walk too far and everything is on your doorstep including Seaside Snack Bar underneath the rooms. The room was cleaned twice a week with fresh linen and towels. Having a balcony with 180 degree view and overlooking the sea was perfect. Thanasis and Finola are the perfect hosts and deal immediately if any problems occur. I had a medical problem and Finola was understanding, attentive and offered to take me to a doctor or go to a pharmacy for supplies. Coming to Messonghi for over 40 years, this has been by far my favourite place to stay and I shall be booking to come next year again.

Was beautifully clean and bright. Beds were very comfy. Coffee, juice and water already there on arrival. The location was perfect, right on the beach and a very sort walk to all amenities Oh and much needed air con. Was perfect.

What a beautiful spot! Seaside Studios are a perfect location if you want to just relax on the beach, enjoy a nice meal at their snack bar and just chill out. Finola and family were lovely hosts and made you feel like friends.
