“Simply Perfect!”
Charis is a super host. We had an amazing time at the Villa. This location is a 10, well located with the view of the sea and a marvellous sunset from the balconies and the pool. Charis provided us with lots of useful info and was always available if we needed help. Everything at home and outside was clean and well taken care of. My parents and I also met his lovely family and his warm-hearted mum who made us feeling very welcomed. We have spent a relaxing and charming holiday and def recommend it!:)

Lovely house, clean with comfy beds. Charis (owner) could not have been more helpful from our initial booking enquiry right through to the end of our stay, he was always on hand if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed for our stay and we'd certainly recommend it.

“Perfect stay for perfect holiday!”
Summer holiday at Seaside Villa Kotsakia was one the best ever! Our host Mr. Charis was more then a perfect! Very kind and careful he was always at our disposal. We had such a warm welcoming and farewell! His family house we stayed in is simply amazing! One of the most beautiful in the area! We were at the ground floor (100 square meters!) with so many amenities inside (two bathrooms, iron, beautiful kitchen, two bedrooms with queen bed, Netflix tv, HI-FI system, air-condition in each room, etc.) as well as outside (big courtyard with an amazing garden and astonishing balcony with a seaview). The place is very close to nice and calm pebble beaches with a natural shades and beautiful taverns nearby. Also nice village called Mesonghi is just few minutes by car as well as Corfu town which is 40 minutes drive. After all I can only conclude: Do not hesitate to book this villa, you will have lifetime summer memories!!!

We were living in this really brillant villa in July’ 22. And we were happy to discover that everything inside (even little details) were beautiful, new, shining with cleanness. All rooms are decorated with a lot of taste. In the bedrooms there are very comfortable mattresses and pillows and white-snow bedclothes. In the bathroom everything is new and sparkling. Very cosy and spacious terrace is surrounded with bright flowers, mountains, sea.. Everything is wonderful in this villa and made with a lot of respect and love. The host of the house was very friendly and ready to help🤩
