The apartment is at excellent location, 50 metres from the beach. The staff was very friendly and kudos to the woman we communicated with.

The Roulis was in a great location. The rooms were basic and nicely decorated showing the attention to detail by the owner. The rooms have a/c and are very clean. Lamprini the owner tries very hard to make everyone's stay a pleasant experience, and goes above and beyond to help her guests with information for travel and the local area. Would definitely return to the Roulis hotel

Great location with sea view. Lamprini fabulous host, very friendly and welcoming. Right in the heart of Messonghi in well lit area. Chose Roulis as I was staying on my own. Basic but great value for money.

The hotel is very close to the beach and to the green bus station Apollo. The host gave us the best tips, borrowed us an sun-umbrella and she was always very helpful. The apartment is very clean and you have everything you need for an unpretentious stay close to the beach. From the balcony you can see the sea and the AC worked perfectly. Great value for money!

“Perfect location with amazing sea”

Room was pretty clean. Lamprini and her daughter were super friendly and replied all questions with honest answers and suggestions. Location is perfect, one of the best taverna under the hotel. Sea is 50 meter and prices around to eat for lunch or take a drink relatively cheap. One of the hotspot during the night, 50 meter from hotel again. Towels are smelling amazing! Worthy to stay based on the price/quality ratio. Beautiful view from balcony and small fridge includes 1 cold water. Air conditioner is new and cooling room immediately.

Great location and fabulous owner. As solo traveller Lambrini made me feel welcome and was very helpful. The rooms are clean, the WiFi is good and the ac very effective.

The rooms are basic, but clean. Freshly painted for the season. Anything that couldn't be unscrewed from the walls was painted including the light switches. lol. The air-conditioning kept the room cool enough, maybe not re-fridgerated during the heat of the day but good enough. There is a hot water boiler in the bathroom so 24 hour hot water. Bonus. The wi-fi download speed was around 30mbps when I first arrived, but only managed a 10th of that at other times and it would say no internet connection at times. No idea why. It's Greece. There are 8 rooms on each of the 1st and 2nd floors. Those on the 'sea side' may have a bit of a sea view through a gap in buildings in front. Those on the 'land side' have a wall directly in front of the balconies, but there will be plenty of shade. There is a Taverna on the ground floor. I did wake up just before 2 one morning and there were still customers enjoying themselves, but they all left at 2. The location is incredible for the price and I don't believe there can be anywhere else that isn't at least 50% more so close to the sea front. Lambrini the owner turned up at the time I put in the Special Requests box. She came to clean and change towels and bed linen every three days, otherwise there is nobody at reception, but there is a business card in the room with the wi-fi code on, so you could call if you had a problem. I was on my own and can do basic. My wife not so much, so would probably go to the Rossis next door, but that is at least twice the price. Would definitely stay again.
