“A resort that looks pretty in photos but delivers sleepless chaos, poor upkeep, and zero accountabil”
The restaurant is great with a wide variety (international/Qatari/Italian) and lovely service. I’d come back for the restaurant or a coffee, but I would not stay here again. The experience doesn’t match the price point.

“Recommended with good luck to have nice neighbours”
Everything was perfect, location, facilities, staff was great. Food was awesome. Only reason I am only giving it 8/10 is due to the noise that comes from the adjacent rooms. As all the rooms are attached to each other and there is no sound proofing. So if you have a noisy neighbour or someone with kids then best of luck. We weren’t able to sleep due to kids on both sides unfortunately.

Amazing beach, sea and dunes, clean, unique design of the property , bungalows are just in front of the beach. Excellent service and hospitality, tasty mocktails and lamb biryani was specially good. Serenity of the place, enjoyable ride to the property through the dunes by the property‘s drivers.

Located just a short drive from Sealine Beach, accessible via an adventurous four‑wheel drive trek through the desert. The property offers beautiful views, a well‑designed room layout with a spacious common lounge, and excellent facilities. The food options were great, and the relaxing atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for a staycation.

The resort offers a sense of tranquility that’s hard to find elsewhere. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were both friendly and hands-on, always ready to assist with a smile. A truly relaxing and well-maintained place to stay.
