The hotel is beautiful!!!! The environment was clean and steeped in culture, there are activities if you are interested and the food is delicious!!! I would keep coming back!! The staff were so kind and helpful !

“Comfortable hotel right next to the desert”
The hotel is very nicely decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. We stayed two nights in the hotel and one night in the tent.

“The best desert panorama you have in Merzouga”
After travelling 50+ countries and staying in hundreds of accommodations, I can confidently say this hotel is in my personal top 10. Here’s why: - Incredible location right in front of the dunes (better than most desert camps) - Impeccable service & friendly staff - Beautiful rooms with good aircon/heating in winter - Sunrise panorama from bed - Buffet breakfast was delicious and had many options, including many vegetarian ones Special shoutout to Ismail from the reception who did an incredible job.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The man at the reception assisted us with everything we needed and made sure we had a great experience during our stay. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations.

“Core memory.”
It’s hard to put into words just how beautiful this hotel is. It feels both fresh and new while still honoring traditional design, striking a perfect balance between modern comfort and Moroccan charm. The staff were absolutely incredible, warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The food was delicious, and every meal felt special. My wife and I had some concerns about the ethical side of camel rides, but the team reassured us and even let us visit the paddock ourselves. We were relieved to see the animals well cared for, which made the experience even more meaningful. It truly created a core memory for us. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and air-conditioned, offering a real sense of luxury. Altogether, it was an amazing experience and well worth every penny.
