The 2 brothers that run the hotel we're polite. Nothing was to much trouble for them . They can help you with tours and the desert camp .we did not book the camp until we got there and what they sorted out for us was fantastic and a really good deal . Their main concerns were if we were happy and relaxed . There were 2 of us and we got a big apartment . Which was clean and comfortable ,The beds were great best nights sleep. The bedding was exceptional good quality and clean . So our experience here was the best 💯%, thank you to you both for all your help and kindness we will try and get back.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful - he picked us up directly from the bus station, helped us with everything we needed, and made sure we felt welcome at all times. Our 12-hour journey to the hotel encountered some car issues, but Mohammed, the host, remained in constant communication and patiently waited for us until well past midnight to guide us to the hotel. Upon our arrival, he generously upgraded us to a larger room and provided climate-controlled accommodations, delightful tea, and refreshing beverages, all aimed at making us feel right at home. The following morning, he pleasantly surprised us with a fantastic breakfast featuring fresh, locally sourced dishes. The hotel was impeccably clean, boasting charming bedrooms and top-notch air conditioning. Mohammed went above and beyond, securing last-minute, fantastic deals for various activities, including exhilarating quad biking through the desert and a magical camel ride during the mesmerizing sunset. Throughout our experiences, he ensured our safety, even capturing incredible videos and photos for us. His availability on WhatsApp, where he consistently checked on our well-being, was truly exceptional. The local Tajine he recommended was mouthwateringly delicious, and he took care of all the arrangements with meticulous attention. Our sunset camel stroll was an unforgettable adventure, with friendly guides and picturesque moments. It’s in a perfect location, with breathtaking views over the sand dunes. The individual apartments have separate lounge rooms with open fires for the colder desert nights and of course A/C, flat screen TV’s and a separate kitchen with all required appliances. Complimentary WiFi and an amazing rainfall shower. The breakfast was prepared and cooked by the super friendly host Mohamed, who made sure our entire stay ran seamlessly. He arranged a camel treck through the golden dunes, which was such a unique experience. He also took us out on a really exhilarating quad bike ride. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
