“Unforgettable night in the desert”
The place is incredible, the tents are incredibly beautiful, but the best of all is undoubtedly the hospitality, the attention, and the kindness of each one of those who attended us. From the transfer by jeep to the camp, the attention to the meals, all of them delicious, the camel ride, and the musicians at night. I would recommend it.

“Go there and see on your own 👍👏”
Not my first time on desert ( been in place like that in Jordan this february), So atmosphere, surrounding and all are well known for me.... Desert in Morocco is a truly, sandy one 👏👍 ( one in Jordan is more rocky stuff). Unfortunately i only manage to stay one night, been there late, well after sunset, so on this ocasion i miss out. Place- absolutely brillant, far from Merzouga ( there are some places just outside village, but i get, they lack the tranquility of real desert camp...). Thent is brillant, equiped and set much better than most of „regular” rooms i used during my Morocco trip So far( except little hotel in Midelt ). Food- awesome 👍👏👏👏After long ( 5 hours) drive i was a bit tired and hungry.... What i was presented with, by one of the guys in this camp.... I was simply speechless... For a start, traditional moroccan soup, then vegetables and rice( portion so big, that i ONLY manage half of it, and i was already full.... Then guys brought to table another thing- tomato, onion and aubergine tajine with blue cheese ( fantastic 👏👏👏👏), and then another one, this time beef tajine, and, as if that wasn’t enough (😂😂😂), they brought down a little deser ( frozen joghurt, with tiny ( really) but so sweet banana 😏👍. Breakfast was another tasty treat 😏Traditional bread, fruits, vegetables, olives, variation of sweet stuff ( honey, jam and more). At the end, we where served with shakshouka, and i’ve never had this good before 👏👏👏. Finally- staff/owners/host.... Very, very, very good, friendly and understanding( stupidly i left my walet in the car at their village home) So could not pay and register myself at check in 🙄🥴. This wasn’t ANY problem at all for guys, i paid next day 😏. Lads spend with us( a few other guys and me) long time by the fire, playing drums, guitar, singing some traditional Berber songs. Then we have had really good and long talk about their lives there, a bit of history... All in all, i can’t recomend these guys and place well enough 😏😉

The staff is very friendly and helpful, we could even borrow a sand snowboard for free. Dinner was very good and afterwards there was live drum music with another camp. This camp offers really good value for money and we wish we could have stay longer. Really had fun with the staff and other travellers. The bathroom facilities were old but kept well clean. Staff is also very willing to help with activities.

The staff was very kind, Aziz and our camel driver Rashid above all. The ride in the desert was an unforgettable experience. The dinner was perfect and the berber music and dances around the fire completed it all.

“Unforgettable experience!”
Asiz met us at the Mouhou apartment as pre-arranged. The camel trek to the camp with Sahid.was amazing - a once in a lifetime experience. Sahid answered all our questions about camels and the desert fluently and with enthusiasm. The camp itself is very nice and has all the amenities you could want. Josef greeted us and was very welcoming. He too talked with us at length and walked with us to the top of the dune. The food was top notch. Jusef's friends came and played music around the fire. The location is great for exploring the dunes and watching stars, sunrise, sunset. We learned a lot about Berber life in the Sahara. There are other camps in the area that you can see from the dunes but this camp has a great location so feels more secluded even though all the camps are close.

“Amazing experience and camp”
Amazing experience! Our guide was the best guide ever! First of all, he took us to the Khamlia town, then we walked around the mines meanwhile he told us the history about the surroundings, and after that we went to a bereber tent. The women there invited us to have some tea and to eat some handmade food while we had a nice talk. After that, we went to the camp. Beautiful camp, with wonderful and comfortable tents. We had a nice dinner and we enjoy watching them playing the drums later. Next day, ride back to town by camel. This guys are the best! Definitely the best experience of my trip to Morocco. I hope I can come back one day. Thank you

“Unforgettable experience. Recommend.”
Quiet location in a desert, away from other camps. Very good dinner (the best tajine we ate in Morocco), good breakfast. Listening Berber songs and playing drums in the evening near the fire was lovely experience. Good hosts in the camp. The man at the reception in Merzouga was very helpful and nice. Also a young Berber with a guitar in the camp was nice and talkative. I recommend to go one way to the camp riding a camel and returning next day with a jeep. A camp was nothing special but clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed very much the silence of the place as it's not next to other camps! It was simple, nice and the staff very friendly!

“All you need for a more authentic desert experience at a great price.”
Great value visit to a more secluded camp in the desert. Camel ride fun and 4x4 back recommended. Camp accommodation was surprisingly warm and good standard. Also toilets were fine. Food was much better than expected but, importantly, bring water with you as not provided by "could be more welcoming" staff. Recommended though for one night, with very good price point.

“Isolated, genuinely , a spot of an authentic Berber Life”
Stunning experience in the middle of nowhere, maybe one of the ends of the world! The camp is out of other desert camps, and this makes the accommodation more genuine. I arrived at the meeting point late than expected, because of a long way from Fes, but they were came special for me to pick me up from Mouhou parking place and Base Camp. The people from the camp are very kind and even performed local and particular Berber songs for guests, (we were 6), just near their cool warm fire, very suitable in the evening time. They prepared a very authentic dinner, surprisingly good cooked and very tasty, even in these hard conditions, more than satisfied related to this. The mattress was good and the general condition was more than acceptable accordingly with the environment. The most I liked a complete and unique silence, maybe one of the most silent nights I ever lived. The worst was the time of sand storm, and I cannot saw the moon and either the sunset, just some shadows from sand's fog.

“Awesome experience in the Merzouga dessert”
The Berber Lifestyle Camp is fantastic! You have more comfort than you would expect in the dessert (private toilet, shower with hot water). The camp is built with a lot of love and an eye for detail. The guys are welcoming you in an extraordinary way and you can learn a lot from them about the berber lifestyle. An awesome experience!
