Second time here and really feels like home away from home! Many things already supplied by Inge and Jurgen! Great outdoor space as well, kids loved the disc golf game! We would love to come back again in the future

Very well kept, great kitchen and lounge area, 3 separate bedrooms - two with ensuite bathrooms! Lovely cosy fireplace lounge area! Jürgen and Inge were excellent hosts too, very friendly and helpful with plenty of good tips what to see & do locally.

“Lovely week in June with most amazing views”

We had a lovely time with our little growing family at Vancouver Island. We spend more than a week in June at Forest by the Sea. We enjoyed the most amazing views over the sea and forest, the deck, the garden, the hottub, the cleanliness of everything and the large fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Please if you consider a stay at the house, look no further and make a booking! We hiked a lot, went on wildlife safari’s, went to the beaches, visit lovely little towns and had a great holiday. In the near area you find many things to do for every weather/ age. Our son loved the garden, the box with lots of lego duplo and train track. Jurgen and Inge’s hospitality was great. They were the perfect hosts and thinking along. When you enjoy a conversation with your hosts and about the surroundings want to learn more about themselves it’s possible. They are the sweetest. And if you don’t they are invisible. We liked it and want to thank them for the great time. With our two little boys ;) 1 of 1,5 y/o and one still in the oven;) Kind regards, Merel, Joep and Owen

“Fabulous 3-bedroom property with an extremely large living area, kitchen, dining and deck area.”

Forest by the Sea rental is a fabulous property in a beautiful, private and quiet location. The size and comfort of the home well exceeded my expectations. The 3-bedroom rental is very much a home with all of the amenities you could possibly want including tasteful artwork and decorations. The outside deck is exceptionally large with comfortable lounge chairs and access to a large yard and garden. In particular, I loved the landscaping, floral baskets, the hummingbirds, and the crafty touches throughout. There is only one rental on the property -- the owners live on other half of the home but their living area is separate with private spaces for both occupants. Our 3 days there were delicious with cycle rides and walks to the pretty parks/beaches and bochi games in the back yard. I highly recommend the property and am very much looking forward to my return visit.
