Warm staff and accommodating to our request. Food was great and as per our request and kids friendly. Room service was prompt. Calling and ordering prior also worked well. The decor in the dinning area is amazing

“Excellent facilities and best breakfast options”
Everything was 10/10. Exceptional standards and facilities at Alba. The food in the restaurant is so so good, and don’t get me started on the breakfast. The management and staff really know what they are doing! The breakfast buffet has standard breakfast stuff and real lunch meals. Check out my pictures. The restaurant staff is great especially Racheal who had the best best attitude and Maureen the housekeeper who was so professional and kind. You get a hot water bottle at night to keep you warm. The internet speed is at 450mbps at the lowest so you can work from this hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. 100% recommended

The room.was clean, the hotel is in a good location which also felt safe and very well put together. The grounds were also well kept and the kids enjoyed the pool. The a la carte food was excellent.
