“Send refund in full.”
We booked property on arrival after long drive,we had no response from host until almost 3 hours later,approx 9pm he messaged saying he was driving back. We booked another property asked for refund as zero contact from host no reply booking.com. If you can’t provide service when booked then why bother waste peoples time.

“Good place to stay”
We always stay a night here when going to tioman island very friendly host we could check in after arriving with the 5am bus from KL at 11am in Mersing and he gave us our room already! Very nice♥️

Clean and comfortable. The accommodation has shared bathroom facilities only. Location is a bit far fromthe jetty but close to the bus station.
