“Overall it’s okay”
The hotel room n toilet is clean. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Bathroom only provides body soap, so you’ll need to bring your own shampoo and toothbrush. There’s no lift n my room was on level 1, so I had to use the staircase. The location is very convenient, right in the middle of town with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a 2 star hotel, so don’t expect too much, but overall it’s okay

“Very good hostel for a reasonable price”
It is a very good hostel for a decent price. The big plus is the proximity to Mersing Pier for the cruise to Tioman Island. If you have a morning ferry, this is a perfect place to stay. A 24-hour reception is very helpful.

“Booked a room, but couldn't stay because it was not possible to pay”
I had to look for a new hotel in the middle of the night because it wasn't possible to pay for the room I had booked here. The hotel's card reading machine and the QR code didn't work and all the banks and atms were closed after midnight.

Cleanliness, location (only 10mins walk to the Jetty). Staff was friendly they waited for my super late checkin (sorry!).
