The place is super clean and everything is neat and tidy. Bed is comfy, bathroom is clean, water pressure is good, shower is great. Location is superb, and it's very close to Mersing town. I've been to a 3 star hotel nearby for my last trip, but the cleanliness is very bad. But this place is worth every penny I spent, much better than a hotel. Thank you, and will definitely come back again!

We loved the locality, enough beds, cozy yard with view of a river and nature, not far to good local food, quiet location, friendly owner.

Property manager Miss Chuah has handover keys to us and collected back with detailed explanation on facilities. Unit was big, clean and comfortable. it was great stay with basic amenities and greeneries around, also shopping and groceries available near by. Ferry terminal is 5 min distance only.

Near to Politeknik Mersing. The house is big and clean. Even the living room area can sleep if you bring your own comforter. Living room and every room have aircond. Both toilet have water heater. The hostess is so nice.
