The building itself, as well as the rooms, need a good renovation. Although the reception is quite cozy. The staff definitely deserves a high rating! Very attentive and friendly! The advantage of the rooms is that it is spacious. A cozy area with a table and chairs. I can't give a high rating for cleanliness, especially the mirrors. Convenient location of the hotel. Not far from the port and the bus station. There is also a large supermarket nearby.

I like the 24-hr reception service because I arrived at the hotel at 2am and I still got to check in. The reception also helped me book a taxi to my next destination.

“Good enough for a stopover stay before getting to the Islands”
I cannot think of anything besides maybe the staff was kind of helpful with directions.

“Good stay”
The beds were comfy enough for a night stay. Room and bathroom were clean. Though the hotel does not provide breakfast, it is still okay as there is a Malay restaurant just beside the hotel. Hotel's location is good, near to Pantai Pasir Papan.

Super value and very functional. The room was fairly large and worked fine. The AC worked. Close to the bus station and walking distance to town, beach and ferries.
