“Wonderful staff and a truly relaxing stay”
The facilities of this hotel met my expectations. Everything was just fine. They offer a good SPA, including sauna and pool. they offer car parking and the rooms are spacious and very well equipped with everything needed. Overall, my stay at this hotel was very pleasant, and I truly enjoyed a restful break. I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and prompt service — it made a real difference. I’m also grateful to those who established this hotel; it is perfectly located in a place where I genuinely needed a pause on my journey to Denmark.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillow was impossible to sleep on. The room was unbearably hot, and there was no air conditioning or ventilation. We opened the window at night, but the room faced the railway, where very heavy and noisy trains passed all night, waking us up repeatedly. We didn't sleep at all due to the heat and noise. The pool was very cold, and the sauna was inexplicably not working, even though there was no announcement about it. It's unclear why this hotel has four stars. This is not the level of service one would expect from a hotel of this rating.
