“Met expectations except for very poor check-in process.”
Check-in process was the worst I've ever experienced. One untrained staff member at check-in. Clearly did not understand the computer system used by the hotel. I was second in linee and it took her 15 minutes to deal with the person in front of me (and which required multiple phone calls to others to help her figure out what was required). Same for me. 15 minutes to check in. Part way through I was told to sit down because the computer "was reloading". After phone calls, other staff appeared and check -in was completed. I will avoid this hotel in future. There are many similar options nearby at similar prices.

“Good enough for Merritt sports tournament”
Location was good. Easy to get around. Friendly staff. Easy check in, especially online. Liked the mini fridge/freezer combo in the room- very nice.

“While the overall room was fine and the bed was comfortable, we may try another location next time.”
The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows were the perfect density and size to make our sleep more comfortable. The hottub was an enjoyable extra. The shower had a great flow.
