I want my FULL refund I was promised I don't care if is under new management now Gives you no right to go back into somebody account months later and steal funds I can take this to the police what you did is illegal and I will be calling corperate Entire place was trashed False advertising NO HOTTUB only reason we booked for our special needs son Doesn't do pools Room had to be switched cuz didn't have fridge and stuff stated Then it smelled like Marijuana entire place We left because it wasn't a pleasant stay th3 few hours we had Was on phone 2 hours booking n priceline and with front desk for our refund which was refunded then stolen back out of my account just recently You are breaking laws and will be held accountable

They have a nice hot breakfast but unfortunately they did not have any orange juice or cranberry juice in the machine. The Clarion is a great value for the price and has a beautiful view on the back deck area where the Lakes at. One of the staff helped me set up my game system in the room.

After we came back to the room after attending the event we had traveled for the night desk men followed us down the hallway saying we couldn’t bring people with us when we had changed our reservations with them to accommodate our guest. We was not greeted and welcomed to the hotel.
