Everything is so beautifully designed and functional. As soon as you enter the place the smile never leaves you - you are taken into a whole different world, away from the city noise and right into mountains fresh air and in the middle of nature. Don't forget to get up a bit early to watch spotted deer grazing right up to the property boundary. This is my favorite spot now and will be returning soon

Truly the BEST place we have stayed so far, and we have travelled around a lot as a family. The beds, the linen, the interior fixtures, the house is not only luxurious but architecturally and aesthetically, it is something in its own right truely to behold. We will definitely be back, and if you are not staying at Roam you are missing out!

“Family holiday to remember”

Roam is a beautiful house with fantastic views. We didn't want to leave! The location is great for Mt Buller, but since there was no snow we had to do other things, of which there are plenty to keep you busy. Hiking, wineries, picnic spots etc.

“Cosy winter retreat with amazing views, wildlife and location”

This house is well equipped for a snow trip! The impeccable interior design, sheepskins, wood fireplace and premium linen made our stay a cosy one. Located 5 minutes from the park entrance of Mt Buller (30 mins to top) the views over the valley were amazing especially at sunset. The kids enjoyed spotting the deer and kangaroos in the mornings too. Ski gear drying room with heated shoe/glove rack is a professional touch.

Not applicable as no breakfast was supplied. But the kitchen was very well equipped making meal preparation very easy.

When we enter the property, the house is warm up with heater, lights are on with nice music. Also the Mountain View is very amazing and peaceful.
