“Beautiful place to stay”
We loved our stay at The Sands. The apartment was perfect for me and my two kids. We loved the position, the gardens, the quiet and relaxed vibe. Kim and Geoff were super kind and caring. We hope to come again!

Location is perfect. Quiet location and of a court.Short walk to beach and cafe. 15-20 minute walk to Main Street. Property had everything you could need including a beautiful, clean pool.

Great property with all the amenities and facilities you would need on a holiday. The hosts Kim and Geoff were awesome, friendly and do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome and the overall stay enjoyable. Walking distance to the beach, lake and town. No need to drive anywhere. Also two great coffee locations 5 minutes away. Well maintained property, lush grass and a beautiful pool and BBQ facilities to seal the deal. We will definitely be back. “Ideally located for those wishing to enjoy a real beach holiday”
The Sands is located in a quiet cul de sac which means no passing traffic noise. It is a comfortable, flat, ten minute walk to Merimbula main shopping street. There are a couple of take-away/coffee shops only a few minutes walk, which are across the road from Main Beach. Ideally located for those wishing to enjoy a real beach holiday. Geoff and Kim were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We have stayed at a few holiday apartments in this vicinity and The Sands has just become our favourite. We will definitely book here again.

Excellent location. A minutes walk to the waterfront. Lovely walking track with lots of bird life. Not too far from the main town.

We can not fault our stay at the Sands Holiday Apartments. Location, Family Friendly, Clean and Comfortable - all boxes massively ticked. The owners Geoff and Kim are the most loveliest hosts, they are so welcoming, kind and friendly. We cannot wait to come back.
