The location was excellent. You need to have a bit of fitness to walk to town so we didn't do that but we walked to the Wharf and Bar Beach. The view was magnificant.

The views were beautiful! Sitting on the covered deck was so nice. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I liked the generous furnishings and pretty decor. The location near Merimbula Wharf is less congested than the main part of town and more peaceful. We recommend Bar Beach (short walk) and the kiosk there for a nice breakfast and good coffee right on the beach. The real estate agent and the owner were very helpful.

It was a great location. Great balcony that had a viiew of the bay of Merimbula. Nice compact clean apartment.
