Always clean and comfortable. Great location. Lake right outside the front door, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to 15 to the centre of town.

The location is perfect...great view of the lakes, 3 minutes walk to the beach and a lovely stroll across the bridge in to town. The open kitchen dining and lounge was great for the family. Good size rooms and nice water pressure in shower Comfortable beds and the pool was right at the back door with a lovely bbq area Rhys the owner was a pleasure to meet

Rooms where clean and plenty of room. Great location we could walk into town and to the surf beach, parking was easy and even though it was at the bridge intersection it was not noisy.

Location was great, walk across the bridge to restaurants, cafes and shops. Walk up the road to the beach. Well maintained gardens, pool and unit.
