Overview
Positioned in Merimbula, this modern apartment features private access to the main beach and a short walk to the lake, corner shop, cafes, a playground and the town centre. Rolling Waves 1 is a 3-bedroom apartment. Downstairs, there are 2 large bedrooms with a bathroom, including a bath and full laundry facilities. Upstairs has the 3rd bedroom with another bathroom, a large open plan living area with polished timber floors, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and a dishwasher. The upstairs area opens out to a spacious terrace with sun loungers, barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area. Air-conditioning, a TV, DVD player and a CD player are provided. This dog friendly house has a fully fenced courtyard area connected to the laundry on the ground floor, with a dog kennel and a trampoline. There is a fully enclosed balcony on the 1st floor.

“Lovely location and accommodation with the beach and bush land at your door.”
The location was excellent, close to everything and with the rear of the property backing onto the beach. The facilities had everything you would need and being dog friendly was a bonus. The upstairs verandah was huge and private with a bbq. A large double garage was also a plus.
