Very spacious and great location. You can comfortably stay here with friends/family and have your own space. Lots of play area for kids. In the main street but still feels very private and quiet. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend.

All three couples greatly enjoyed the stay and would definitely book it again in future.

Three bedrooms each with ensuites, very spacious with a huge courtyard, great view of the Harbour and well-located in town within easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

Great location, beautiful view, plenty of room for a group booking. We will definitely return.

Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from coffee shops and the shopping area and parks nearby. The down side is you are on the main street, so some mornings are noisier than others and some shops next door open early in the morning so you may not get a sleep in.

The Perfect Penthouse

We absolutely loved our stay at the Market Street Penthouse. An excellent location, close to cafes, bars & shops. Spectacular water views, spacious comfortable accommodation, gorgeous styling. We will definitely be back!

Great comfortable stay and will return to visit Merimbula and stay at this place

The location was excellent and it was very spacious and perfect for a family group of 6 adults as everyone got their own room and bathroom. Every bedroom was very comfortable and it was great having 2 lounge rooms as it catered for everyone.

Perfect getaway within walking distance of everything with great views over the lake.

Perfect location. It was roomy and the large 8 seater kitchen table was perfect for us to all sit together
