“A great place to stay in Merimbula.”

The apartment was in Great location, was well designed and had recently been refurbished. The view was great and the location very close to town but quiet.

The location was great. The is very well appointed and you want for nothing in regard to kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of good quality towels. The staff were welcoming and we loved the view. The apartment was very clean throughout.

For a high end apartment with above average nightly fee we expected a little more When first entering the property we were impressed with the look of the apartment and the view however that changed to disappointment very quickly. The lounge couches looked lovely however when sitting on them they had no support unless you sat on the very edges and cushions had no wadding. There were coffee ring stains on the beside table and cutlery, glasses and coffee cups all had food/drink residue on them. While we do understand its the responsibility of the people staying to wash and put away the dishes we feel the cleaners should check everything is clean in the cupboards and draws. When we went to use the washing machine, when retuning from dinner the door fell off in our hands which resulted in a sleepless night for fear of being expected to be made to pay compensation for the damage. When telling the managers the next morning they were very apologetic as they knew there was an issue with the machine however forgot to tell us on arrival. Use of another washing machine or moving to another apartment was offered We usually stay in average cost accommodation and decided to 'treat' ourselves to something a little more luxurious for our four night stay and expected the $279 nightly fee to reflect that. Overall were very disappointed as the extra cost was not reflected in the overall condition of the apartment, we paid half the amount the night before at another location which was cleaner and more comfortable

We loved the apartment, so clean and modern, we didn’t know there would be construction either side of the building, but it was great no noise at all, the location was perfect too. I’d just surggest the put a couple of egg cups in the draw.

We were in a third floor apartment with extensive views across the bay from the living room and balcony. Good kitchen and household equipment. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. Convenient free parking Five minutes walk to town centre.
