Overview
La Taverne is located above La Taverne Bar and Restaurant, in the centre of Méribel. Guests can be access the ski slopes via an escalator which is 150 metres from the property. Free WiFi is provided. All rooms come with heating, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with either a bath or shower. The onsite bar and restaurant is open all day and shows major sporting events. DJs and live bands regularly comes to play in the bar until 2am. Activities in the local area include skiing and snowboarding. Handy in town but very noisy. Beds lovely and comfortable but room quite stuffy - if you open the door/window before 3am you can hear and smell smoke and people shouting

“Great value stay, pretty much as expected. Great staff, and good food and drink.”
Location is great. Staff were really pleasant and forthcoming. Room size was as expected for the alps. Close to all of the main shopping, and to get to the ski runs. Food in the restaurant was exceptional, as was the drink. We largely enjoyed our stay. Yes, it's noisy due to entertainment, but that's a feature of the location - not an issue at all.
