Great location and spotlessly clean and warm

Very large apartment with exceptional decor. The attached glass sun room was lovely to relax in and have breakfast or Dinner. Really good location 5 mins walk to centre and also close to supermarkets. Underground off road parking an added bonus.

1) The location was fantastic. All interesting sights of the city and supermarkets/shops are within 15-20 mins by walk. The city has a very good bus services and the hotel provides a bus voucher that entitles the guests to unlimited travel on the local buses for the duration of their stay at Roemer Living. 2) The kitchen is very well equipped. 3) Very freiendly staff. Ms Birgit, my host from Roemer Living was easily accessible on WhatsApp to answer various questions relating either to the apartment or general questions regarding the city.

Amazing place to spend time with the family! Unique location, the apartment was big, modern, containing all what you would need, with a beautiful decoration and great style. The people in charge (Jessica & Olena) were very gentil, helpful, friendly, taking care about all our wishes. We will come back for sure!

Fantastic renovated building. Beautiful stylish apartments. We are a family with 2 children. We had the three bedroom apartment with air-conditioning. Each kid had its own luxury bedroom with TV. Kitchen was fully equipped, Coffee, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil are already there. Spar supermarket and bakery close by. Car park accessible via a car-lift: cool!. Building is very close to the centre of town. All restaurants, shops are reachable on foot. Merano/Meran is a very nice town, we really liked our stay.

Great place! The renovation must have cost a fortune. Everything done with great taste. The house has its own underground parking and is just next to the gate to the old town centre. Would come back whenever we stay in Merano again.

This is a stunning apartment with views over the hills around Merano. The location is perfect, just outside the gates to the old city. The kitchen is really well set-up for cooking with everything you could need.

Comfortable location at the entrance to the city center. Street in-front of the house was a bit busy, but still acceptable. Apartment was excellent and stylish furnished, very comfortable beds and large bathroom, all very clean.

The apartment was stunning. Really well finished and it had almost everything you would need (only really missing a microwave). Great location near the city and such great views of the mountains from the windows.
