The Staff were very attentive and provided detailed directions to reach the property. Room was tastefully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding with home baked goods. Hotel was situated in a beautiful location in the town of Merano.

“Truly exceptional on every level! 10 / 10”
Everything! The attention to detail covers every level here. From the rapid response to communication, to the arrival, the whole building is exceptional. Barbara welcomed us every morning to breakfast and made us feel truly special, such lovely people running the place. The breakfast was soooo good! And be sure to check out their restaurant Sissi in the town during your stay!

An amazing place! 💓 Stylish and cozy! From the very moment we stepped through the door, we felt like we were visiting dear friends – that’s how much care and attention we were surrounded by! The hotel is perfectly located, just a 3-minute walk from the main cathedral, yet the street it’s on is incredibly quiet, ensuring you a peaceful night’s sleep. Speaking of sleep, I need those pillows and blankets at home, please! 🤞🏻🙈 And absolutely, I mean absolutely, you must try Barbara’s pancakes for breakfast! I insist! 😆

Excellent location. Small business with only a few rooms. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. No key for the room. Self-service lounge bar. Big shower cabinet. Details of the decoration.

“Classy and comfortable stay in centre of Merano”
Sizeable and comfortable rooms in the centre of Merano. The apartments are very clean, spacious and in a great location. We were welcomed by excellent/friendly staff and the atmosphere of the interior is full of charm and character. The parking arrangement is also great (secure and easily-accessible underground parking a short walk away), especially given the usual difficulty of finding good parking in the town.
